5. Payment Terms

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information, trade secrets, or sensitive business information disclosed during the course of a project. This obligation survives the termination of any project agreement.

Our total liability in connection with any project shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for that specific project.
